What are the delivery times ?
For creations in the collection, the lead time is approximately 5 working days for home delivery (48 hours for dispatch, then 2 to 3 days for delivery). Allow 2 to 3 additional days for delivery to a relay point.
Regarding personalized creations, the delay is highly variable depending on the period and the request. And yes, everything is done 100% by our little hands, so we do our best!
Find the estimate for making a personalized portrait above the menu (scrolling bar), as well as on the portrait creation interface.
What delivery methods are offered ?
Parcels can be sent directly to your home, or to a relay point. The relay point closest to your home is to be selected on the “Information & Payment” page.
What are the accepted means of payment ?
The www.getmyasap.com site accepts payment by VISA and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. Orders taken by email, and professional orders, can also be paid for by bank transfer.
What happens if I am absent for the delivery ?
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, it will be made available to you at a La Poste collection point. In all cases, a delivery notice will be given to you and will tell you where your package is. This notice of passage as well as an identity document will be essential for you to recover your order at a collection point.
However, if you do not pick up your package within 7 days of your delivery, it will be sent back to our workshop.

How are the creations packaged ?

All our creations (personalized or from the collection) are delivered flat in their protective case, and accompanied by their certificate of authenticity for limited editions. By choosing a frame, you will receive the creation directly framed, and ready to hang.
In which countries do you deliver ?
Absolutely everywhere! In Europe or internationally, our asåps are even displayed as far as Canada or Australia (true story) 🦘
Is the paper used the same for the 30x40cm and 50x70cm formats ?
To enhance our creations, we have selected for you the best papers according to their format.
In 30x40cm : the Olin Rough 300gr/m2 from Antalis. A thick paper with a slightly textured finish, for high-end printing. The authenticity of the grain for a vintage effect!
In 50x70cm : a satin photo paper 240gr/m2. For a smooth finish with bright and vibrant colors!
Where are the creations made ?
Our portraits are fully illustrated by us in our workshop, located in Lyon. And the prints are made by our Lyonnais printer (in the 2nd arrondissement).
Are you distributed in shops ?
Yes, we are present in more than 40 stores in France (and a few abroad). Contact us to find the one closest to you!
Do you offer gift cards ?
Yes, you can get a gift card in the “Gift Card” tab. Receive it in digital format (by email) for express delivery, or printed on creation paper for a nice attention to unbox.
I want to order several personalized asåps, what should I do ?
You can contact us directly by email at contact@getmyasap.com, or go to the “Companies” tab at the bottom of the page and fill out the quote request form. We will realize your asåps as soon as possible. If your order is for an event, the sooner you order, the better we can organize

What should I do if I’m not sure which photo to use for my personalized asåp ?

The best way is to contact us by email (contact@getmyasap.com) by sending us some photos. We can then advise you on the photo that has the best rendering potential. If no photo photo seems suitable to us, we may ask you for new photos. We will never start a creation if we think that the end result will not fully satisfy you.
I have a special request or a particularly urgent order, what should I do ?
Contact us on contact@getmyasap.com as soon as possible to discuss it, we are very responsive and will do our best to respond to your request!

Can I modify or cancel a custom order ?

Cancellation of order :
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after placing an order as we produce our bespoke asåps and the order information is automatically passed on to our illustrators (or printer).
Order change :
As we produce all bespoke orders, orders cannot be changed or modified after they have been placed as your items go into production very quickly. However, you can still try to send an email to service-client@getmyasap.com to inform us of the situation.
If your order has already been processed, don’t worry, your satisfaction is our priority, we will do our best to find a solution.
