what there is to know
Orders placed online at getmyasap.com are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an informative email at each stage of your order: confirmation, shipping and receipt.
Delivery costs are applied and prices vary according to weight, size and the delivery method selected.
STANDARD DELIVERY :
Deliveries are made by Colissimo.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a delivery notice allowing you to collect your package at the post office for 15 days.
DELIVERY TO A RELAY POINT :
Your package will be available for 8 days at the relay point you have selected. After this time, it will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded.
To collect your package, remember to bring an identity document. If the withdrawal of the parcel is carried out by a third person on your behalf, he will have to present your own identity document as well as a power of attorney.
RIGHT OF RETURN (ONLY ON THE COLLECTION):
We know how difficult choosing can be, and you have every right to change your mind. You therefore have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your request for return or exchange by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will tell you what to do.
Be sure to check that the items are in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.
Once we have received your return, you will have the choice of: choosing a new draw for an equivalent amount or having your order refunded in full.
WHY CAN’T I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ASÅP ?
Given the personalized nature of the items sold called “asåp personalized”, the 15-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these items. The order of a creation “asåp personalized” is entirely made by hand by us. It therefore becomes a unique and non-reproducible creation in its own right. Your personalized asåp becomes an artist’s work and applies the rights of artistic and digital creation.
Also when ordering a “personalized asåp” you tick the box relating to the general conditions of sale. It is your duty to consult these before confirming your order.
